Facilko Services operates from a 4,800 square foot distribution center located at 19 Hugh Webb Road in Tifton, Georgia. Facilko Services provides janitorial, staffing, landscaping and other facility services to industrial accounts, school districts, office buildings and community buildings covering numerous counties in South Georgia.
Facilko Services was purchased in 2008 by its majority owner and President Clint Brownlee. Mr. Brownlee was born in Tifton, GA and earned his degree in Business Management from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College/University System of Georgia in 1999. After earning his degree Mr. Brownlee worked for several national companies as a District/Regional Manager supervising multiple industrial accounts, healthcare facilities and school districts all pertaining to janitorial engineering statewide. Clint specializes in facility, operations and janitorial engineering/management while staying focused on customer relationships & growing the business.
Casey Brownlee is the CFO/Compliance Officer and has been with the company since inception in 2008. Casey has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Valdosta State University with a major in Accounting. After graduating from Valdosta State University, Casey started his career in public accounting. While working in public accounting, Casey spent the majority of that time working with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Atlanta Georgia as an auditor performing financial audits for Fortune 500 companies. Casey then moved into the financial/insurance/compliance sector of business where he applies that knowledge to insure Facilko Services’ continued success. Casey specializes in Accounting, Tax, Compliance and Insurance.
